Good used 1855 die 2 1d pl.16 S.C.16 (SG21) lettered PC cancelled fine strike of the '186' numeral of Dublin clearly in green (Spec C1vc). The green cancellation of Dublin is one of the few truly green cancellation found on the line engraved issues. Mike Williams certificate 2020/151 'one pulled perforation at left bottom.
