1852 MAIL NOTTINGHAM TO MACCLESFIELD WITH 'MISSENT TO/DERBY.R.O' HAND STAMP (DY165). Fine letter from the Nottingham Bank in Nottingham enclosing £5 to 'Mefsrs. Brocklehurst and Co, Bankers, Macclesfield' dated 30th January 1852 with 1d (SG8) lettered PA, cut into, tied '583' numeral of Nottingham. Letter evidently missorted and on front light strike 'Missent to/Derby.R.O' (Railway Office) hand stamp in black (DY165). (Ref 128234).
