A complete parcel, presumably opened and reassembled from London to Birmingham with post paid under licence, front with damage which has been secured with 'Crown Royal Mail/EIIR Parcels' sealing tape with 'Post Office/Found open or damaged/and officially secured' label with fine strike 'BIRMINGHAM/PARCELS' single ring date stamp 23 DEC 1982 date stamp.
