Envelope from Liverpool to Manchester with a re-used 1986 18p Christmas commemorative (SG 1343) re-affixed to envelope with sellotape and cancelled Liverpool March 1987. Not surprisingly noticed by the Post Office and surcharged!! (Ref 54133).
