1795/6 MAIL WORCESTER TO FLANDERS WITH 'WORCES/TER' HAND STAMP (WO819). Fine letter from Worcester to 'Honble James Dorner Esq, Anvers, Flanders' 'Par Ostende Post pd to London 4d' and on front fine strike London 'PD' circular hand stamp. On reverse light strike 'WORCES/TER' two line hand stamp in black (WO819) and London Bishop mark '28/JY'. Slight soiling but fine example of post paid '4' to London with additional charge of '6' to Flanders. (Ref 137178).
