Winnington, Northwich', charged '7' and on front fair strike 'BANGOR/251' mileage mark in black (W195). Writer states 'I arrived here on Friday Morning, after a very alarming pafsage at Conway ferry, if ever I go into Cheshire again I should be very glad to take any road to avoid that Ferry......'.
