Wrapper, small fault at top sent free mail Petersfield, Hants to 'Mr Benson Attorney at Law, Cockermouth' signed at lower left 'Jolliffe', M.P.for Petersfield 1768-1800. On front good strike circular 'FREE/JY 17 95/C' handstamp of Charles Coltson, one of the Clerks of the Franks, also on front fair strike 'PETERS/FIELD' two line handstamp concave type (HA887) recorded in use 1794-1797.
