London' with very fine 5s red (SG477) tied very fine strike 'CAMPDEN/GLOS' date stamp 18 MR 40. H.M.S. Alcantara was a Royal Mail Packet ship converted into an armed merchant cruiser and largely served in the South Atlantic. Attractive and scarce usage. (Ref 143326.)
