Southampton' with good 1d pl.99 (SG8) lettered RH, four close but clear to fine margins, filing fold affects, part strike '628' numeral of Preston. On reverse good large part strike very scarce 'LUNE ST' straight line receivers handstamp in dark blue and 'PRESTON' date stamp JY 16 1850. (Ref 143182).
