1840 HORIZONTAL PAIR 1D BLACK PL.2 (SG2)(RA-RB) FINE USED. Fine used horizontal pair 1840 1d black pl.2 (SG2) lettered RA RB, close but clear margins at two points otherwise fine, cancelled red Maltese crosses. Matched with 1d red pl.2 (SG7) lettered RB, cut into at right, black Maltese cross. All show 7 and 10 o'clock ray flaws NW square and 'RA' SHOWS WEAK VERTICAL STROKE TO 'R'. (2 Items) (Ref 142932).
