Rankin Esq, 68 Queen Street' with 1d pl.162 (SG8) lettered PB, filing fold affects but four fine margins and tied '131' numeral of Edinburgh. Stamp clearly shows 'P' BLIND. On reverse Edinburgh date stamp NO 1 1853. (Ref 142784).
