Envelope, some soiling and crease which affect stamp, Liverpool to Manchester with 1d (SG8) pl.16 lettered QB with four close to good margins, several creases, tied part strike of a fine black M.C. and also clearly cancelled with red pen cancellation. On reverse 'LIVERPOOL' DE 8 1841 date stamp, also 'BERRY ST/LIVERPOOL' receiver's hand stamp in black and silver WAFER SEAL of a bird carrying a letter. Unusual. (Ref 103880).
