Arthur Lloyd was a Scottish, songwriter comedian and impresario who wrote over 1000 songs. This envelope refers to his song 'Beautiful For Ever' a Victoria music hall song, a satirical take on the real life case of one Madame Sarah, Rachel Leveson, a charlatan who advertised her beauty products with the slogan 'Beautiful For Ever'.
