1953 CLOTH BANKERS TAG SENT AIR MAIL LONDON TO AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND WITH BLOCK OF FOUR KGVI £1 BROWN (SG512). A fine bankers parcel tag, small part missing at right, sent air mail London to 'THE MANAGER, The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd, P.O. BOX No.18, AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND' and on reverse good to fine block of four KGVI £1 brown (SG512), cancelled 'LONDON' cancellations 25 DEC 53. Slight soiling but a very rare usage with this £1 stamp one of the rarest 'modern' issues to find commercially used. (Ref 141251).
