Good to fine London postcard in brown from London to 'Mr W H Paget, Half Moon Chbrs, Bigg Mkt, Newcastle on Tyne', with KGV ½d Downey tied fine to very fine strike 'FIRST UNITED KINGDOM/AERIAL POST/LONDON' date stamp SP 9 11 with the much scarcer Die 5. Dies '5' and '6' were only struck on mail handed in at Hendon Aerodrome. On reverse fine 'J. and J. COLMAN' advert, some contemporary ink on reverse. Fine usage. (Ref 142090).
