Aston, Esq., Bounty Office, Westminster, S.W.' with ½d Bantam pl.6 (SG48) lettered MI tied good strike 'REDDITCH/140' duplex MY 21 74. Surcharged letter rate with circular '1D' charge mark in black and circular 'MORE TO PAY/S.W' hand stamp due to manuscript writing within and therefore treated as a letter rather than printed matter.
