Small piece with fine used horizonatal pair Archer Experimental Perforation (SG16b) 1d pl.99 lettered SK SL, centred to right, and below good horizontal pair 1d imperforate (SG8) lettered OK OL, OK four very close but clear to good margins and OL touched at right. All stamps cancelled '22' London Inland Office Numerals. BPA Cert 78890 (1976). A very rare an attractive combination, exhibition quality. (Ref 141507).
