1841 MAIL LIVERPOOL TO MANCHESTER WITH 1D RED PL.2 (SG7)(LC). Letter from Liverpool dated Nov 29 1841 to 'Messrs Atkinson and Gould, High Street, Manchester' with fine 1d red pl.2 (SG7) lettered LC, four fine margins and tied fine strike black Maltese cross. Filing folds well clear of stamp. On reverse 'LIVERPOOL' and 'MANCHESTER' date stamps NO 29 1841. Stamp shows 7 and 10 o'clock ray flaws NW square. (Ref 139738).
