1840 1D BLACK PL.6 (SG2)(RE) IN STATE TWO OF THE PLATE (SPEC AS43). Fine used 1840 1d black pl.6 (SG2) lettered RE with four close to fine margins and cancelled red Maltese cross. Stamp in state two of the plate (Spec AS43) and showing 'STRONGER FRAMELINES AND STRONGER UPPER SQUARES'. Very scarce. (Ref 134555).
