1840 1D MULREADY ENVELOPE PARKSTONE TO RINGWOOD 'Parkstone/Penny Post' HANDSTAMP (DT347). Good 1d Mulready envelope, stereo A 143, some soiling and several filing folds from Parkstone, Dorset to 'Mr David Branston, Harbridge, Near Ringwood, Hants' cancelled very fine strike red Maltese cross of Poole and on front 'POOLE' date stamp JY 15 8140 showing misplaced date slugs. On reverse flap good to fine strike 'Parkstone/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (DT347). Good provincial usage. (Ref 110320).
