At upper right is Prince Albert rocking a cradle and saying 'Ah mine loaf, vat you tink' I improve' and on the upper right are the Queen and Duchess of Kent remarking 'De Brince sall be very usefull at de rocking de cradle'. Other images are probably political figures dressed as nurses in attendance to the Royal family. Several tone spots reverse only. A superb caricature.
