Mulready signed at lower left 'Joseph Hume' a Scottish radical MP and the addressee was an English Quaker Hat and Textile manufacturer, also involved in Banking. Mulready slight soiling, BPA Cert 2008 states ' adhesive variously defective and having large scissor cut, cover with thred splits, is genuine'. An attractive and very rare usage listed by SG at £35,000.
