Fine mourning envelope from Hay in Brecon to 'R B Phillips, with good to fine 1d (SG8) lettered RL, four close but clear to good margins and tied fine strike '347' numeral of Hay. On reverse 'HAY' and 'HEREFORD' date stamps AU 1 1851. (Ref 141732).'
