1845 MAIL BRECON TO HAY ON WYE WITH 'HAY' SKELETON DATE STAMP (W1124). Entire from Brecon dated 19th Feb 1845 to 'James Spencer Esq, Hay', with 1d (SG8) lettered RA, touched at upper right, indistinct cancellation, filing fold just affects. On reverse fine strike 'HAY' skeleton type date stamp (W1124) FE 19 1845. This hand stamp only recorded County Catalogue in 1839. (Ref 141670).
