1885 MAIL CONSTANTINOPLE TO NAPLES WITH PAIR 2½D LILAC (SG190). Envelope, small fault upper right and part trimmed at top from opening, with pair 2½d lilac (SG190) lettered JC JD, centred to left/misperforated, with fine strikes 'C' cancellation of Constantinople. On front very fine strike 'BRITISH.POST.OFFICE/CONSTANTINOPLE' date stamp in red MY 9 85 and 'LONDON' date stamp MY 13 85 also in red. On reverse 'FIRENZE' and 'NAPOLI' receivers. Unusual.
