Letter from Reading dated 22nd March 1795, some soiling, to London, on front two good strikes 'READING' straight line hand stamp in black (BR314) and fine strike hand stamp '4' in black (BR40) applied to mail Reading to London that was charged 4d, this hand stamp only recorded 1792-1796.
