1862 4D (SG79) MINT EXAMPLE LETTERED CK SHOWING CONSTANT VARIETY "DEFECTIVE K" (SPEC J52d). A good unused example of the 4d bright red pl.3 lettered CK, re-perforated at left but fine colour and clearly showing the constant variety "DEFECTIVE K" in lower right corner square (Spec J52d - used example cats £550). The first example of this variety we have seen in unused condition. (Ref 100953).
