	610. 1854 1/- embossed deep green (SG 56 die II). A very fine used example with good colour cancelled '634' numeral of Ramsgate. Cat. £800.00. 	612. 1862 1/- green plate 2 (SG 89). A good used example lettered AL showing the constant variety 'DEFECTIVE S.W. CORNER LETTER 'A'' (Spec. J101e). Stamp with imperfections including horizontal crease but a SCARCE VARIETY which in fine used condition cats. £450.00, this one neatly cancelled by the '159' of Glasgow. A superb die proof black on glazed card with Design B (SG Q.V. cat page 286) dated 12.DEC.72 and inscribed 'Before Hardening'. Very rare exhibition item.
