On front manuscript charge of '7' with '8' on reverse - the additional 1d Postmaster's perk for local delivery. () (Ref 61776) £95.00*	28. KENT. 1802 letter Maidstone to Charing dated 25th February 1802 with good strike of the 'Maidstone/38' mileage mark in black (KT 712) and within draft of reply letter dated 8th March and with instruction 'Bye Bag'. COFFEE HOUSE - AMERICAN. 1804 entire from Edenton, North Carolina to Philadelphia dated 18th November 1804 with the writer asking his brother to send enclosed package to Bordeaux - the packet was handed to the Master of 'The Andrew'- The Andrew's Bag being taken from the MERCHANTS COFFEE HOUSE Second Street Philadelphia 9th December 1804.
