43. THE MANUSCRIPT CANCELLATION OF KENYON NEAR LIVERPOOL. The two 1843 covers, as illustrated page 138 of Jackson Volume I, showing the very unusual practice of the Kenyon receiver to cancel adhesives with manuscript before Maltese Cross was applied on route at Liverpool.
