Fine example of 'The Junior Philatelic Society' first day cover from London to the USA with ½d Downey cancelled LONDON F.S. JUN 22 11, on front illustration of an angel delivering an envelope addressed to 'Junior Philatelic Society London' with imprint below 'Coronation Day, June 22, 1911.'. Within very fine printed letter from the President of the Junior Philatelic Society, Fred Melville with picture of King George V etc. Letter reads 'As a Philatelist I dare say you will be glad to have one of our new stamps posted to you on the day of issue, together with a little souvenir of a great occasion...'.
