Letter London to Exeter dated 16th Jan 1844 with 2 x 1d (SG8) pl.40 lettered DB and EB, both touched in places but each tied fine vertical strikes of the London number "1" in Maltese cross (B1ua). On reverse London date stamp 16 JY 1844 and EXETER JY 17 1844. (Ref 112445).
