Fine entire Castle Cary to Mudford Somerset dated May 30th 1826, charged "7", on reverse fine strike of the very scarce "SHAFTSBURY/5" Clause Post" hand stamp in black (DT466) and very fine strike "CASTLE CARY" straight line hand stamp in black (SO323). On front very fine strike of the boxed "No.2" receiver's hand stamp of Castle Cary. Tear on reverse but fine usage. (Ref 111594).
