Fine 'OHMS' letter from Forfar to Brechin with fine 1d lilac printed on 'BLUED SAFETY PAPER' (SG173g Spec K8(a) tied fine strike 'FORFAR/144' duplex DE 29 81, on reverse 'BRECHIN' date stamp DE 30 81. A very rare stamp and the first example we have handled. PEGB certificate signed by Robson Lowe. (Ref 134175).
