A superb unused circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint in black on blue wove paper with illustrations on the reverse illustrating the benefits of Ocean Penny Postage and trade. Inscription reads 'OCEAN ONE PENNY POSTAGE/WOULD LINK IN TRADE AND PEACE THE BROTHERHOOD OF MAN/BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS'. (Ref 83368).
