Hugh Grant, Moy near Forres North Britain' dated 19th November 1799, on front manuscript 'paid 1d' and fine to very fine strike of the rare large type 'TOOTING/- 3 -' receiving house hand stamp in black (L420). On front initial charge of '8' increased to '1/9'. (Ref 123308).
