GROUP OF FOUR COVERS 1837-1838 WITH 'LEEDS/PENNY POST' HAND STAMP (YK1800). Three free fronts, 1837 x 2 and 1838 all from Leeds with good strikes 'Leeds/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (YK1800), all also with fine strikes '1d' charge mark of the Uniform Penny Post (YK1813). Also 1837 wrapper, address panel cut away with good strike 'Leeds/Penny Post' hand stamp (YK1800) and 1838 part wrapper used locally in Leeds with fine strike '1d' U.P.P. hand stamp (YK1813), on reverse LEEDS date stamp MY 2 1838.
